• If you go on your contact in the iPhone WhatsApp. And open the keypad you can find the memoji stickers option.

The Samsung AR emoji is also one of the methods to create memoji in android. Also, Samsung AR emoji is one of the features in the Samsung devices that Samsung is providing. But this feature is not available in all Samsung model phones.
